Minimum Order £150.00

After your Trade account has been approved after registering with us, you will be able to see the prices and add items to your cart. You can complete your order by following the instructions on your shopping cart.

Please note: You will not be able to pay until your order is checked for availability of all items chosen.

When it is ready, we shall contact you regarding any items we may not have in stock, check if you want any last minute changes and then process payment.

Methods of payments:

You can pay by cheque, direct bank transfer, debit card or credit card (please note that there is a 1.3% charge on all debit card transactions, 2.3% charge ln all credit card transactions and a £7.00 charge on any International bank transfers..

Regarding VAT:

If you are an international customer and do not wish to pay VAT, please provide us with your VAT number in the additional comments box when placing the order.

Paying by Card

When your order is ready we will contact you by telephone to collect your card details. These details will not be stored anywhere AS we are fully PCI compliant and do not hold any bank details information. When we collect payment, your card details must match you shipping and billing address.

Paying by Bank Transfer

Usually bank transfers take 3 working days before they clear. We cannot ship your goods untill the payment has cleared. When paying by bank transfer from an International (non UK) bank account there will be a  charge up to £30 from europe the charge will be £7.00 and we will not be able to ship your goods unless we recieve the full amount due.

Cheques take 3 working days to clear. Please allow 1 week altogether to allow for time of cheque in the post, and time to cash it at the bank. Once again, we cannot ship your goods until the payment has cleared.
